These Terms of Service govern use of Skroncle services and public surfaces. Platform-connected functionality is also subject to the terms, policies, permissions and authorization controls of the relevant third-party platform.
About Skroncle
Skroncle is a social media operations application being developed to support authorized workflows across supported social platforms. Features may include account connection, content preparation and publishing, status or readback, comments, insights and other functionality where separately supported and authorized.
Not every feature is available on every platform or account.
Platform-dependent functionality
Platform functionality depends on technical availability, Skroncle’s current application access, the user’s account type and authorization, and any platform review, audit or policy requirements.
A feature shown in testing or development must not be interpreted as a representation that the relevant platform has approved Skroncle for unrestricted public or production use.
User authorization and account responsibility
You may only connect accounts and authorize actions that you are entitled to control.
You are responsible for reviewing the account, content, destination, visibility and other material settings associated with an action before authorizing that action where the applicable Skroncle feature provides such controls.
Skroncle does not require users to provide their social-platform passwords directly to Skroncle.
YouTube
Skroncle features that use YouTube API Services are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. By using Skroncle features that access or use YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
TikTok
Use of TikTok-connected functionality is subject to applicable TikTok terms, platform rules, account permissions and the access granted to the Skroncle application and authorized by the user.
Skroncle does not guarantee that a TikTok capability available during development or testing is available for unrestricted public posting.
Instagram and Meta
Use of Instagram-connected functionality is subject to applicable Meta and Instagram terms, platform rules, account eligibility, application access and user authorization.
Skroncle does not represent configured testing permissions as equivalent to Advanced Access or completed App Review.
Acceptable use
You must not use Skroncle to:
- Violate applicable law.
- Access an account without authorization.
- Misrepresent identity or authorization.
- Circumvent platform controls.
- Attempt to obtain passwords, tokens or credentials belonging to others.
- Evade platform enforcement.
- Submit content or actions you are not authorized to submit.
- Interfere with or compromise service or platform security.
Third-party platforms
Third-party platforms are independent services. Their functionality, policies, APIs, access rules and availability may change independently of Skroncle.
Skroncle cannot guarantee the continued availability of a third-party capability where the relevant platform changes, restricts or withdraws that capability.
Privacy and deletion
Skroncle’s handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion of applicable Skroncle-held information are provided on the Data Deletion page.
Changes to the service or these terms
Skroncle may update these Terms as the service, platform integrations or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
